DTS 2026

Why Exhibit?

Exhibitor participation is carefully curated to ensure a high-quality and relevant mix of technology partners aligned to current Defence priorities and operational challenges.

If your organisation is looking to engage directly with MOD stakeholders, demonstrate capability to a focused Defence audience, and strengthen relationships across the sector, we invite you to apply for an exhibitor package.

Applications are reviewed to ensure the best possible experience for delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors alike, and early application is strongly encouraged due to limited availability.

history

History

The Defence Technology Show has grown from a few suppliers at Shrivenham to a large multi-supplier event that brings the latest technology directly to the people who make decisions in Defence.

In 2023, we moved to STEAM in Swindon, the museum of the Great Western Railway. This was to accommodate more suppliers and visitors in an environment away from work to discuss issues and plans for the following years.

changes

What’s New for 2026

For 2026, we have focused on improving the overall exhibitor and attendee experience by refining the operational delivery of the event and simplifying engagement throughout the day.

Key enhancements for this year include:

  • Faster and more efficient attendee check-in
  • Greater flexibility for exhibitors when scanning and engaging with visitors
  • Increased emphasis on curated briefing sessions and industry insight
  • A clearer and more intuitive exhibition layout
  • Improved administration and smoother invoicing processes

These changes are designed to create a more streamlined, productive and valuable experience for both exhibitors and delegates.

What do you get from exhibiting?

Getting in front of the right person at the right time and being listed on that all-important approved vendor's list is tough.

Working with The Defence Technology Show means you are connecting with buyers, actively seeking the services and solutions they need to shape their organisation’s future.
